Dear Rob,
Just a note of thanks for the work you did in New Zealand setting up our remote office. It's made the communication a lot easier and we can now print A1 size drawings for the site guys without delay and with just a click of the mouse from our end.
I should also thank you for upgrading our system here as well over the last few months! We've now been customers of yours for, what, twelve years? Now we are doing so much overseas work we rely on it to be up every day, twenty four hours a day and we've been on air for all that time apart from a handful of occasions over all those years. Even then most down time has been due to Telecom and not our internal system. I suspect our we've been up for more than 99.5% of the time (but I guess you can tell me that better than I can!)

Dear Rob,
I am writing to thank you. The implementation of our new Linux based Free BSD server was carried out with minimal interruption to our staff. At first, I was hesitant to change from SCO UNIX to FreeBSD, but your willingness to prove that our accounting package would work on the new server, finally convinced me. This easy changeover would not have been possible without your project management skills and dedication in ensuring that all aspects functioned correctly before cutting across to the new server and platform.
It pleases me to think there has been an association between Kookaburra Sport and Teksupport for a number of years. From humble beginnings of providing Internet access, we have come to rely on you for the supply and maintenance of our file servers, mail server and firewall.

Part of our strategy when providing the State of the Art Mitre10 Mega stores with a professional telecommunication platform, has been to build a strong relationship with our partners. In Teksupport we have always found professional, friendly staff who not only know their products inside out but also have the ability to integrate well with others to ensure our projects are delivered in a timely and professional manner.
Teksupport have always had a very innovative approach to providing solutions. Not only do they fully understand their product offering, but in many cases the design and testing has primarily been done in-house. Their technical capability has been proven many times over and the effort taken to understand the business and the ability to develop technically correct solutions has been of immense benefit to us.
The support of deployed products has been excellent - nothing seems to be too much trouble and I have always been able to contact someone when we have needed them. Dear Rob,
We would like to pass on our thanks to you for your continued expert advice and service with regard to our computer and communications requirements.
As you know, over 12 months ago we were finding that more and more of our clients were emailing us larger and larger attachments. At the time we were using a dial up Internet connection and we were having difficulty collecting these attachments.
Your onsite assessment of our computer security and communications needs and resolution of our problems resulted in an upgrade of our Internet connection to ADSL and installation of a firewall, local mail server and a file server to backup critical client and developmental systems documentation. We are now consolidating our information and backing it up each day. This provides us with the security and peace of mind and also aids compliance with Government archive and storage requirements.
The virtual private network installed to meet our particular and often changing needs, has made working away from the office so much easier, with access to data and electronic (real time) diary affording us all the benefits of the office infrastructure. As you know, we travel extensively to our clients, not only in Australia but overseas as well and can now securely access email and data from any location. Brilliant!
Recently, we required a number of computer systems for a particular project with pressing deadlines and we were impressed and relieved that TekSupport was able to deliver, install, and configure the equipment with just a couple of days notice.
Interaction with your very supportive and knowledgeable staff sets the scene for your first class attention to every detail. Keep up the good work!
